The program seems to be back up and running. But I’m locked out of my own account and after several attempts to contact the admin with various email addresses and with NO RESPONSE, I STILL am unhappy with this program and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

As of December 2014, this program appears to be shut down. The website is not working and the back office is not working. There was no contact from the company about this and I have to say that this is RUDE!
I’m keeping this page up because 404 errors are annoying. But just forget about “The People’s Program.”
